CADA Awarded Grant from the Hillier Family Foundation

In August, the Trustees of the Hillier Family Foundation approved a grant in the amount of $5,000 to provide financial support for the programs and classes the Center for Applied Drama and Autism (CADA) offers.

This season's slate is scheduled to include programming in the form of self-advocacy workshops for disabled people and people who experience bullying, as well as performance opportunities for disabled comedians, a podcast network designed to improve communication skills, an anti-bullying program created for schools, and professional development workshops for educators and other professionals dedicated to making their theatre, classroom, or workplace more accessible and inclusive.

CADA would like to thank the Hillier Family Foundation for their support in our continued success.
